The BR24 is all steel and features a heavy-duty frame around the wire grid. The purpose of this frame is to give edge-to-edge support making for one of the sturdiest shelves around. Please note a few things about this shelf. You must anchor into wood studs or concrete. Drywall alone will not support the weight that you will place on the shelf. Make sure you have 16 in. or 24 in. stud spacing for the brackets if placing side-by-side. The BR24 will not work as a corner solution. For a corner solution, use the heavy-duty WRC24 (Home Depot item 321157411).
