Pit Boss vertical LP Gas smokers are one of a kind. Our dual valve burner system has one 3,500 BTU stainless steel burner dedicated to the wood chips and a 10,000 BTU burner for cabinet temperature. Both valves are controlled by a single control knob and allow for temperature control of 150 – 350 degrees. Push-button piezo ignition makes for quick and easy lighting. Our 2 Series Vertical Smoker offers three porcelain coated cooking racks, 542 sq in cooking area, or 2.1 cu ft smoking space.
